Return & Exchange Policy

At STREE ALANKARS, each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure quality. However, we offer returns under limited conditions as stated below.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only within 5 days of delivery.
• An opening/unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time, without cuts or edits.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Products without a valid opening video will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by the STREE ALANKARS quality team. Approved returns will be processed as per our internal policies.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and international taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
